- Living & Dining Area w Kitchen :- The living area is carpeted and has a fantastic big screen TV and entertainment center. There are also many board games to choose from for the kids. It has a wood fireplace for which wood will be provided in the winter. The kitchen and dining area has lovely wood floors. The dining table can seat 8 people. There is a newly remodeled full kitchen with sink, stove, microwave oven, and dishwasher. All cookware, crockery, cutlery etc are stocked. It also has a breakfast counter that seats 3 people.
- Master Bedroom :- This spacious upstairs bedroom has a King bed and an ensuite stone counter top bathroom. The bathroom has double lighted vanities and a very large shower.
- Second Bedroom :- This bedroom is upstairs and has a Queen bed. It shares a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom - the bathroom has a lighted vanity and a bath tub with shower inside.
- Third Bedroom :- This 3rd upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and shares the bathroom with the 2nd bedroom.
- Fourth and Fifth Bedrooms :- These 2 bedrooms are downstairs and share a bathroom.
- The one bedroom has a King bed only. The other bedroom has a Queen bed and 2 sets of bottom-Double/top-Twin bunk beds. The large bathroom has 2 lighted vanities, a nice shower and a bath tub.
- There is a guest powder room on the main living area level. It is a lovely home with great views of the East Vail mountains! The private hot tub is outside on the deck just off the living area.
