The living area is downstairs and has a lovely deck and large lawn overlooking the Gore Creek. There is a wood burning fireplace in the lounge and wood will be provided in the winter. The home is on the free Vail village bus stop route and the stop is only a couple of yards up the road. It is a short distance from the new restaurant and coffee shop that opened in East Vail last summer.This property does not allow pets.
