This is a very comfortable home decorated in a quaint alpine country style. It can accommodate up to 12 people and if you have a larger group, it is possible to also rent the other half of the duplex. (5040 #1). The shuttle stop for the free bus is down the road a couple of hundred feet, and runs every 15 minutes in season. A super location for 2 families or groups that want to be close together. Both homes has seen many a happy family reunion!

- Living & Dining Area w Kitchen :- The living and dining area is carpeted. There is a large TV with entertainment center in the lounge and a wood fireplace. Wood will be provided in the winter. The kitchen is nice and spacious with all cookware, crockery, cutlery etc are stocked. It has a dishwasher, stove, microwave oven and refrigerator. The large dining area has a table that can seat 10 people as well as a small sitting area for after dinner coffee.
- Master Bedroom :- This spacious upstairs bedroom has a King bed and a pretty ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has double lighted vanities and a large shower and seat.
- Second and Third Bedrooms :- These sunny upstairs bedrooms both have Queen beds and share a bathroom. The bathroom has a lighted vanity and a bath tub with shower inside.
- Fourth Bedroom :- This bedroom is downstairs and has a Queen bed.
- Fifth Bedroom :- This bedroom is also downstairs and has an ensuite bathroom. There are 2 sets of Twin bunk beds in the room as well as a small table that can seat 4 people. This is especially nice for kids. The large bathroom has 2 lighted vanities and a shower.
- There is a guest powder room on the main living area level. Outside on the deck just off the living area is a private hot tub and the is also a sauna room available to guests.
