Q: Are your properties on the free Town of Vail bus shuttle?
A: A majority of our properties are on the TOV shuttle service. If the property is not, it will be noted
on the property description and/or you may ask a member of our knowledgeable staff.

Q: Are linens provided?
A: Yes, linens and towels are provided along with pillows and blankets.

Q: Is there a cleaning service?
A: A cleaning service is available at an additional charge. There is a washer/dryer in each property
where you are able to launder linen and towels. The cleaning rates are listed under the link: ____________________________________
Q: Are grills provided?
A: Grills are provided at limited properties. Charcoal grills are prohibited in Vail. Gore
Creek Properties/Timber Falls Mgmt. will not provide propane if propane is out.

Q: Are there washer/dryers in the property?
A: All of the properties have a washer/dryer.

Q: Are there kitchens?
A: All of the properties include fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers.

Q: Are there fireplaces and firewood?
A: All of the properties include either a fireplace or a log burning fireplace stove. Firewood is provided.
If the property is out of firewood, Gore Creek Properties/Timber Falls will order it and have it
delivered within a reasonable amount of time.

Q: What if I have a complaint?
A: Gore Creek Properties/Timber Falls Mgmt. has an after hours answering service. If you have an
emergency a staff member will be contacted to help you. Other messages will be delivered on the next morning
to the office in which our staff will be happy to address your concerns. Gore Creek Properties/Timber Falls Mgmt.
will not be responsible for any concerns not delivered to the office or answering service within 24 hours.

Q: What if I leave a personal item after I depart?
A: Our staff will be happy to go over to the property to retrieve the item(s) missing. If the property is
occupied, we will go to the property after the guest departs. We will mail the item(s) via FedEx with
payment on your credit card.

Q: How can I get discount lift tickets?
A: Discount lift tickets are available on an advanced purchase basis through www.snow.com. These advanced lift tickets will be delivered to our office and included with your check in information.

Q: May I have an early check in or late check out?
A: We try to accommodate everyone’s requests. If there is not an arrival/departure on the day of the
request we will try our best to work with you within reason.

Q: May I bring my cute, adorable, well behaved pet?
A: No! Sorry, none of our properties are pet friendly.

Q: Is there are security deposit?
A: All guests are required to give Gore Creek Properties/ Timber Falls a valid credit card with signature
to have on file. Even if you have a credit card listed with your travel agent, you will be required to give this
information to our office as well upon check in. You will be notified if there are any charges to be made against it.
