The private hot tub is outside the living room on the deck and has lovely views of the mountains and East Vail waterfalls. The stop for the free ski bus, which runs every 15 minutes into Vail, is right outside the complex. There is a single garage and room for max 2 more cars to park in the driveway. This house is very unique and it will truly seem like your own home when you come to stay.

Living Area :- The double volume living area is carpeted with lots of sunshine. There is a TV and stereo system, and a gas fireplace. You can walk out on the deck to the hot tub.


	Kitchen & Dining Area :- The full kitchen has a lovely wooden floor and pretty wildflower murals. It has a double sink and stove with microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. All cookware, crockery, cutlery etc are stocked. The dining area has a table that can seat 6 people and there is also a kitchen counter with seats for 3 people.

Master Bedroom :- This upstairs bedroom has a King bed and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has double lighted vanities and a shower with a bath tub.

Second Bedroom :- This bedroom is also upstairs and has a Queen bed. The bathroom has a lighted vanity and a bath tub with shower inside.

Third Bedroom :- This very large bedroom is downstairs and has 2 Twin beds. The bathroom has a lighted vanity and a bath tub with shower inside.

There is a guest bathroom on the same level as the living and kitchen areas and the private hot tub is through the living room out on the deck. The views of the mountains and creek from the deck and hot tub are outstanding!
